1. What We Collect

Aexol AI and the Spectral coding agent process the minimum data needed to operate. When you use Aexol Studio, we store your project specifications, generated artifacts, and agent conversation history. We do not collect your source code unless you explicitly push it to our platform.

• Account information: email address and name
• Usage data: project activity and feature adoption
• Payment information: processed by Stripe, not stored by us

2. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used exclusively to provide and improve the Aexol platform. We use it to authenticate your account, run AI inference on your specifications, track usage for billing, and improve model quality through aggregated, anonymized patterns. We never sell your data to third parties.

3. AI Inference & Third-Party Providers

When you run inference through Aexol, your specifications and prompts are sent to AI model providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google) to generate code and artifacts. These providers process data under their own privacy policies. We do not allow providers to train on your data.

4. Data Retention & Deletion

Your project data is retained as long as your account is active. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from your account settings. Deletion is permanent and irreversible within 30 days of request.
