By using Aexol AI, Aexol Studio, or the Spectral coding agent, you agree to these terms. If you are using the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
Aexol provides an AI-native specification language and associated tools for code generation. The Spectral coding agent operates locally on your machine; Aexol Studio is a cloud platform for collaborative specification development and inference.
You are responsible for the specifications you write, the code you generate, and any artifacts you produce. You must not use Aexol to generate malicious code, violate intellectual property rights, or circumvent security controls.
You retain all rights to the specifications and code you create with Aexol. Aexol retains rights to the platform, language, and models. Generated code is yours to use, modify, and distribute under any license you choose.
Aexol is provided “as is” without warranty. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of generated code. Always review AI-generated output before deploying to production.
You may stop using Aexol at any time. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
